These are mostly from Holly Springs except for Dad sitting there all by himself for a Hagerstown photographer. Clockwise from Dad: Holly Springs house in the early 1900s; Mother in her 20s; Daddy around the same time (they were married in 1917 but I don't think there are any wedding photos); my wedding photo of July 3, 1943 (see older post); me as a school girl and I can't remember which school that's from. The photo in the center is of Memaw, Miss Aggie and Miss Mary - my mother, her mother and my aunt.

I had the pleasure of being at Mom and Dad's when these photos were artistically hung on the Powder Room wall by local artist, Ann Snyder. It was decided these photos would make a nice collage, but we needed a young picture of Mom. Mom looked through her photo album, this grade school photo was selected, an old frame was found then Ann displayed them. The smiles, warmth and love of those folks on the Powder Room wall bring me joy.
