Bertoia Diamond Chairs, set II
Here are the other two Bertoia chairs - I have no details, but I believe there exists a receipt that includes the couch, 2 bertoia chairs and a few other things as well. Can't remember the date, but 1957 rings a bell - could be way off there. Here are the chairs in their new home . . .

Dad and Mom bought furniture for the Folly Quarter Road house after we moved in in 1963. There is a photo of the living room of that house before the new furniture was bought. It looked pretty weird with the quaint old stuff instead of the modern stuff that would shortly arrive. My sense is that they bought the couch, two Bertoia chairs, two end tables, a lamp and the glass top coffee table with the "X" shaped chrome legs. They also bought the round Saarinen dinning room table and eight chairs (or was it six) some wire and some solid. Corrections to this history are desired and encouraged.
